01 The "Wait" Command

Teaching the dog to wait before doors, meals, or crossing the street.

Mealtime Manners: Ask for a sit and "wait" before placing the bowl down. Only allow eating after a release word (e.g., "OK").

Maintaining a position regardless of distance, duration, or distractions.

Gradually increase Distance, Duration, and Distraction to build a solid "stay."

Ignoring tempting items on the ground or in the environment.
